Meet Raphael
I created Conscious Beings out of a deep need I kept seeing — in others, and in myself.
A need to slow down. To reconnect. To remember that how we work, lead, and live... matters.
After years of working inside organisations, leading transformation initiatives, and supporting teams through complex change, I kept coming back to the same truth:
Transformation doesn’t last unless it’s grounded in presence.
In a post-pandemic world, many of us had a moment of pause. A flash of what am I doing or something needs to shift.
And yet, the pace picked up again. But under the surface, that longing is still there.
The need for a new way. Something more honest. More human. More aligned.
Conscious Beings is my response to that call.
It exists to shift how we work, relate, and lead. To bring mindfulness and emotional intelligence into real-world spaces.
To help leaders and organisations reconnect with what truly matters.
I don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all solutions. But I do believe in the power of slowing down to go deeper. And in the possibility of creating work cultures where people feel whole, inspired, and alive.
