I support people who are navigating overwhelm, indecision, burnout, or a sense that the way they’ve been living or working no longer fits.

This work is for those who sense a need for change because something deeper wants to come into alignment.

Conscious Beings emerged from a pattern I kept seeing in others, and in myself: the need to slow down, reconnect, and choose from what’s true rather than what’s expected.

I don’t offer quick fixes or guaranteed outcomes. What I offer is a grounded space where clarity can emerge and change can unfold in a way that is real and sustainable.

At its core, this work is about how you relate — to yourself, your body, your work, your relationships, and life as a whole.

We use a structure approach as a reference pint, as an anchor to understand where your energy is focused and what would actually help create a shift towards lasting change.

Rather than applying fixed tools or techniques, we work with what’s real and present:

  • thoughts and mental patterns

  • emotions and internal responses

  • the body and nervous system

  • your current life context and decisions

Where useful, this may include simple practices such as breathwork, embodied awareness and slowing down enough to notice what’s actually present.
